Batch Refining is an essential process for a complete edible oil pressing line because there are still some impurities such as phospholipids , FFA, pigment, odor, etc. in the crude oil.
We provide 1-10T/D edible oil refinery plant for the crude oil degumming, neutralizing, bleaching and deodoring process. The refined oil has high quality and is good for long time storage. The plant is suitable for rapeseed oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, etc.

3. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from oil.
4. Deodorizing tank: remove the un-favored smell from decolorized oil.
5. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280℃.
6. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more.
7. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching.
8. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil.
9. Steam generator: generate steam distillation.
